What car should i get?

the dc5 is definitely the way to go. the problem is nobody that has a type r would be crazy enough to sell it. a regular integra would cost a little more to upgrade to get the results you want, but its worth the money. the gti is by far the most sensible route. youll get good mileage and pretty well performance. i wouldnt get it if you could find any of the other car, though. the civic is another great choice. the only thing is that it too is hard to find. if you do find it for less than 7k, you should probably check it out first. for about 6k you could find a 95 camaro or firebird and get way better results than any of these. heck, a 97 mustang would do good, too. ao the gist of it is: the civic is the best choice IN YOUR SELECTION because it has great performance, but it is kind of rare. some other cars you might want to look at would be the '95-'03 mustang, ''99 camaro/firebird, '00 maxima, or any year of the BMW 3 series. all these cars listed are great performers and can be found at around 6k.
