My car was hit by a shopping cart.?

Today we walked out of a Target store to find a shopping car had dented our new car. The AP associates were very helpful and reviewed the tapes. They said they saw a lady leave her cart by her van and not in the proper place for the carts. After she left the car rolled into our car. The estimate for the repair was 600.00 to 1200.00 depending on if they needed to blend the paint. Our insurance deductible is 500.00. My question is I want to know if she is liable for the cost of the deductible?
