New Challenger SRT8 problem?

I bought a brand new Challenger SRT8 which has repeated problems with the external belt. I drove it out of the car showroom for less than 50 miles when the car temp increased rapidly, and the steering wheel starts to stiffen up. I pulled over and noticed the water coolant starts to boil and leaks. I took it back to the Dodge agent and they fixed it saying the belt has external belt have slipped off the pulley. I drove it away, and after little more than 60 miles, the same problem came back again. What is the issue, and can I ask the for a car replacement?
