IB or AP??? (please help! :)?

I don't know which one to pick. IB or AP???!! I went to an IB school (its from 7-12 grade) and I got into another high school that only has AP. A lot of people are saying how IB is better than AP and how my old school is better. But my new school is really good and it has a lot more people going to good colleges than my old school. A lot of other people who got into my new school, went there for awhile and then went back to my old school. I really don't know which one is better.
